The registration fee for the conference is Rs.2350 or $50 for every attendee. This amount does not include accommodation costs or costs for attending the Socials (the after-conference party, etc). The price for the Socials is Rs.650 or $15. Therefore, an attendee planning on attending the Socials will have to pay Rs.3,000 or $65.
This amount is to be paid by both— persons presenting a paper and those who are simply attending the conference.
Even if two or more people present a single paper, each of the presenters would be required to register separately.
Please note, the last date for receiving registration forms is: For Indian delegates: July 1, 2009 For foreign delegates: June 25, 2009.
While foreign delegates are to pay the registration fee on the spot (at the time of the conference), Indian delegates must pay beforehand (by way of Demand Draft or Bank Transfer).
Those who wish to simply attend the conference, and are not presenting a paper may pay on the spot.
This is applicable to all delegates – regardless of whether they are presenting a paper or not.
